2022 Annual Membership Subscription

Renew your ISCA membership online via the ISCA eServices Portal by 31 January 2022 and stand a chance to win shopping vouchers worth $500 (3 winners), $200 (10 winners) and $100 (30 winners). 

As part of the annual renewal of your membership, you are required to confirm your professional declaration on ethics and CPE compliance, update your personal details and preferences, and make payment (except for Life Members) for the annual membership subscription.

The annual membership subscription is due on 1 January and payable by 31 January each year. A late payment fee of $32.10 (including GST) will apply for payments received after 28 February 2022.

Associate (ISCA) who are Singapore CA Qualification candidates can indicate their candidacy status during the online renewal to enjoy complimentary membership.

Other Membership Applications

Members who are experiencing financial hardship due to reduction of income or involuntary unemployment amid the Covid-19 pandemic may seek financial help on payment of membership fee under the ISCA Support Fund

Members who are experiencing financial hardship or unemployment due to medical condition, pro-family or other reasons not covered by the ISCA Support Fund can apply for 50% reduction in subscription fee.

Financial hardship is defined as unemployment for a minimum of 1 year since 1 January in the preceding year before the year of subscription.

To be eligible for MIR, a member must be at least 62 years old as at 1 January of the year of renewal, and not gainfully employed (an income of not more than S$36,000 per annum).

Membership Fees
Membership renewal includes confirming your professional declaration on ethics and CPE compliance, updating your personal details and preferences, and making payment for the annual membership subscription.
The most convenient way to renew your membership is via the ISCA eServices Portal. Log in using your email address registered with ISCA to complete the online renewal form and make payment online. A receipt will be generated immediately upon payment. If you have yet to activate your account, please do so at the ISCA eServices portal.

Members can make payment for their membership fee using PayNow when they renewing their membership online via the ISCA eServices Portal. A receipt will be generated immediately upon payment.

Step 1: When renewing your membership on the ISCA eServices Portal, select ‘PayNow’ under ‘Mode of Payment’.
Step 2: Login to your mobile banking application. Please do not key in the Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Step 3: Select ‘Scan & Pay’ and scan the QR code. You need not enter the payment amount as this will be reflected once the QR code is scanned.
Step 4: Click ‘PayNow’.

How do I register for a PayNow account?
You may register for a Paynow account through your bank. PayNow is currently available to business and corporate customers of these participating banks: 
- Bank of China
- Citibank Singapore Limited
- DBS Bank/POSB
- HSBC
- Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited
- Maybank
- OCBC Bank
- Standard Chartered Bank
- UOB

How long does it take for ISCA to receive payments made via PayNow?
Payments to ISCA via PayNow will be routed via FAST (Fast and Secure Transfers). Funds would be credited within 1 minute after payment completion.

What are the cut-off times for PayNow payments?
PayNow payments made via FAST are available 24/7.

You can still renew your membership if you have not been able to comply with the prescribed CPE requirement. Please declare that you ‘have not complied with ISCA CPE requirements’ and state your reason(s). Any non-declaration will be treated as a declaration of non-compliance of CPE requirements.

Members are given a default six-month extension period (i.e. 30 June of renewal year) to make good the shortfall in CPE hours. After the extension period, you will need to update your compliance status. 

If you have not been able to fulfill the CPE requirements due to valid reasons (e.g. unemployment, medical conditions or career break etc.) you may request for CPE exemption.

A request for resignation from membership has to be made no later than 1 February, if not the member shall be liable to pay the full subscription for that year. 

The name of the resigned member will be removed from the register of members and he/she can no longer use the professional designation. If he/she decides to sign up for the ISCA membership in the future, a re-admission application will need to be submitted. The application will be assessed in accordance with the prevailing admission requirements.

How do I make changes to my mailing address and contact details?

To update your particulars, please login to the ISCA eServices portal with your email address registered with us. You may update your personal details, contact details and interests and preference under “My Profile” on the left menu.

As your default email address recorded in our system is your login ID for the ISCA eServices portal, if you will like to change your email address, please contact officers from the Members Services Centre at 6597 5533 or membership@isca.org.sg for assistance.

How do I record my CPE hours in the ISCA eServices portal?

Please login to the ISCA eServices Portal to view and edit your CPE records. After you have logged in, click on “CPE records” on the left menu.

Please note that the following CPE Categories are only applicable for members who are public accountants.
Category 1: Financial Reporting Standards and Pronouncements
Category 2: Ethics and Professionalism
Category 3: Auditing Standards, Pronouncements and Methodology
Category 4: Insolvency and Restructuring
Category 5: Information Technology

If you are not a public accountant, you may indicate “Others” or “NA” under the CPE category.

What is a Membership eCard and how do I retrieve it?

The Membership eCard represents proof of your ISCA membership for use in the redemption of merchant priviledges offered by our partners.

This Membership eCard should not be used in place of a ISCA membership certificate.
