ISCA Audit Committee Programme
Yes, the Audit Committee Programme is designed for:
- Existing Audit Committee members
- Senior Management
- Aspiring Audit Committee members
Individuals with more than 3 years of managerial experiences may also benefit from the programme as these individuals may be involved in activities within the organisation arising from the following areas:
- Corporate Governance
- Risk Management
- Financial Reporting
With changing business demands, rapid advancement of technologies and its risks, there is greater emphasis on the vital role that Audit Committee (AC) members play in the governance and oversight of companies.
The programme aims to:
- Equip participants with essential financial reporting requirements to strengthen the overall quality of financial reporting disclosures.
- Reinforce participants’ knowledge on evolving financial reporting requirements and issues to improve financial statements disclosures.
- Strengthen best practices in corporate governance and risk management
The programme will be delivered by industry subject matter expert(s), which includes industry leaders from Big 4 accounting firms and ISCA Financial Statement Review Committee (FSRC) members.
This is an ISCA-SID collaboration programme, highly recommended for individuals with limited or no financial reporting background as a pre-requisite for the programme.
The optional module (CS018ET: Financial Reporting Fundamental) should be completed before commencing Module 3 Financial Reporting Updates and Current Issues.
This is to ensure the effectiveness of the programme objective for individuals with limited or no financial reporting background.
Upon completion, participants will receive:
- Certificate of Completion: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who have attended all sessions of the module and completed the objective-based assessment of each module.
- ISCA Audit Committee Programme Certificate: The ISCA Audit Committee Programme Certificate will be awarded to participants who have:
- Attended all sessions of the mandatory module; and
- Achieve at least 80% for the objective-based assessment for all mandatory modules.
There is a total of 3 short objective-based assessments for the Audit Committee Programme.
Each objective-based assessment is a 10 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) questions on the respective mandatory module below:
Participants should achieve at least 80% pass for the objective-based assessment for all mandatory modules.
Participants have unlimited attempts on the objective-based assessments within one week from the end of each module.

There is currently no funding available for the ISCA Audit Committee Programme.

The resources under the ISCA Digital Library include:

- ISCA e-learning courses
- ISCA recorded webinars
The resources and content focus on latest business trends and topics, including but not limited to cybersecurity, blockchains, issues arising from new normal.
These curated ISCA digital resources can be accessible at a flexible schedule via ISCA Learning Management System and are provided complimentary to Audit Committee Programme participants within 2 weeks from registration date and available up to 31 December 2021.
CPE Compliance
The CPE hours obtained will count towards meeting the CPE requirement in accordance with the date of completion of each module.
Upon completion of each module within the Audit Committee programme, a certificate of completion comprising the stipulated CPE hours will be generated based on the date of completion. The certificate may be retrieved via The certificate may be retrieved via login to the ISCA self-service portal, under “My Certificates” section., under “My Certificates” section.
No verifiable CPE hours are issued for resources under the ISCA Digital Library as these are recorded webinars, with no tracking of attendance for the full session.
Enrolment/Administration
For individual participants, you will need an eService Account.
For corporate registration, each corporate participant will need an eService Account.
The Programme Fee does not include the optional module (CS018ET: Financial Reporting Fundamental). Please click into the link for optional module to register for the module separately.
Module certificate(s) will be available for download once payment is received from your company. ISCA reserves the right to withhold your certificate(s) if full payment has not been received for the programme/module enrolled.
