An exclusive programme for ISCA members to become CIMA members and be conferred the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, a prestigious title jointly awarded by CIMA and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • CA (Singapore) with at least 1 year full membership
  • Applicants must be based in Singapore
  • Attend and pass an interview 

Successful applicants will only sit for the last paper - CIMA Strategic Case Study. Upon successful completion of this paper and with the relevant work experience, applicants will qualify for CIMA membership and earn the professional global designation of CGMA.

How to Apply

To find out if you are eligible for the programme, email the following documents to Singapore@aicpa-cima.com with the email subject indicating "Eligibility for ISCA-CIMA Pathway Programme <ISCA Membership Number>":

  1. Completed application form 
  2. Scanned copy of your Identity Card/Passport
  3. Scanned copy of your CA (Singapore) Membership Certificate
  4. Scanned copy of your Highest Educational documents (Both Certificate and Transcript)
  5. A comprehensive resume/CV**
    **Your resume/CV should tally against the skills experiences that you have indicated on Part 2 of the application form. You may use the following as guidelines/examples to update your resume/CV:
    - Experience in analyzing strategic options leading to recommendations and justifications
    - Experience in scrutinizing risks associated with strategic options
    - Experience in formulating financial strategy and ensuring that the strategy is adequately funded
    - Experience in Business Partnering
