If you meet the prevailing ISCA membership admission requirements, you are welcome to join ISCA as an Associate member before completing the  relevant specialisation qualification. Please click here for more information. Otherwise, you may join after completing the  specialisation qualification and meeting the conditions to be conferred the ISCA credential.
If you are not already an existing ISCA member, you must apply for ISCA membership after completing all required modules of the relevant specialisation qualification and acquiring the required years of work experience relevant to your specialised areas to be conferred the ISCA credential. All ISCA membership applications are subject to the prevailing membership admission requirements.
For one to be conferred the ISCA credential, he/she must be an ISCA member. This is to ensure that, like all other ISCA members, he/she will uphold the ethical and professional standards. Therefore, non-ISCA members who have completed the relevant specialisation qualification will need to apply for the Associate membership concurrently with the credential application.
For applicants who have completed the relevant specialisation qualification, a one-time application fee of $107 (inclusive of GST) is charged to cover additional administrative costs in processing the application for the use of the ISCA credential.

To maintain an active ISCA credential, ISCA members must:

a)    Maintain ISCA membership in good standing with no outstanding complaints or disciplinary proceedings;

b)    Pay an annual credential renewal fee in conjunction with renewal of ISCA membership;

c)    Complete a minimum of 8 CPE hours relevant to their specialised areas annually, which can be counted towards fulfilling the respective CPE requirements of a CA (Singapore) or an Associate (ISCA);

d)    Agree to abide by the Institute (Membership and Fees) Rules and ISCA Code of Conduct and Ethics Pronouncements

e)    Agree that if these requirements are not satisfied, the ISCA credential will be revoked, and the reinstatement requirements must be met to regain the ISCA credential.

Non-renewal of the ISCA credential or failure to comply with the CPE requirements and other conditions will result in the removal of names of the ISCA credential holders from the Specialisation Register and they will have to cease the use of the ISCA credential immediately.
The ISCA credential will need to be maintained together with the ISCA membership. For example, if the ISCA membership is removed due to non-renewal of membership, the ISCA  credential will also be revoked. ISCA may, at its discretion, revoke any rights to use the ISCA credential if a member fails to maintain membership in good standing.

ISCA credential holders whose names have been removed from the Specialisation Register will have to apply for reinstatement of the credential.

To regain the ISCA credential, the following reinstatement requirements must be met:

  • Maintain ISCA membership in good standing with no outstanding complaints or disciplinary proceedings;
  • Pay all annual credential renewal fees from the last outstanding amount till current period;
  • Pay reinstatement fee of $100 (before GST), late payment fees of $30 (before GST) and any applicable penalty;
  • Acquire at least 8 verifiable CPE hours relevant to your specialised areas during the period of 12 months immediately preceding the date of the application for reinstatement;
  • Agree to abide by the Institute (Membership and Fees) Rules and ISCA Code of Conduct and Ethics Pronouncements
Yes. The reinstatement of ISCA membership will not automatically reinstate the ISCA credential.
