Who is Eligible

  • Accredited Accounting Degree
    Undergraduates of Accredited accounting degrees that are approved and listed by the Singapore Accountancy Commission as appropriate for direct entry to the Professional Programme of the Singapore CA Qualification. 

  • Other Accounting Degree
    Undergraduates of other accounting degrees recognised by the Institute.

Becoming a Youth Associate (ISCA)

Apply for free membership^ today! Application is fuss free and will take no longer than 10 minutes.

To enjoy a smooth application process:

  • Please ensure to have pictures of your Matriculation Card or any Student Identification Document ready (file size not more than 5MB each) so to include as part of your submission for verification purposes.

  • Upon the receipt of your application, you will receive two emails, one confirming your application, and another to set your login password to the ISCA eServices Portal, a self service portal to manage your student membership account and sign up for ISCA events and activities.

^There is no processing fee and membership fees for students will be waived for a limited period.

4_Ambassadors

Annual Membership Renewal 

Youth Associates (ISCA) who are existing matriculated accountancy undergraduates will continue to enjoy automatic annual membership renewal by 31 December of each year. 

Student members may login to the ISCA eServices Portal at any time to revise their personal profile and subscription preference.

Reclassifying to an Associate (ISCA)

Are you a final year Accounting programme student and expecting to graduate soon? 

Advance to Associate (ISCA) membership for the professional recognition, support and resources to stay ahead. 

Also, enjoy waiver of membership admission fee and annual subscription fee if you are a candidate of the Professional Programme of the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification.
