WSM0009Ai : Speak With Impact And Confidence (e-Learning)

Successes in life and relationships are determined by your ability to communicate effectively with others. “Social intelligence” or the ability to interact, converse, negotiate with, and persuade others, is the most highly paid and respected form of intelligence one can have. This can be further developed over time with the right techniques.

The ability to charm and come across as genuinely likeable and pleasant will open more doors than any other quality. The ability to present with confidence, clarity and conciseness is thus highly valued and has been heralded as the key which paves the way towards further opportunities.

In an increasingly complex world, communicating with confidence and effectiveness is no longer just an important skill but an essential one to master. Through this course, participants would learn how to cater presentation styles according to their audience profiles, communicate effectively through storytelling and deliver impact through positive body language.

This course is also a pre-requisite for WSM009B – Speak With Impact And Confidence [Part 2] - coming soon.
