The ISCA Young Accountants Mentorship Programme is a new initiative designed to pair graduating and fresh accounting graduates (mentees) with young working professionals with minimum 5 years of experience (mentors), to help guide and inspire them to realise their potential in their careers. Through this one-on-one mentoring programme, mentees can benefit from the insights of diverse accounting career options, different perspectives on work-related challenges and an additional sounding board for ideas and career-related decisions.
