Ethics Pronouncements

ACRA has issued changes to the ACRA Code to adopt two IESBA’s Final Pronouncements relating to the Revisions to Part 4B and Role & Mindset provisions. IFRS Foundation announces International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB)

The IFRS Foundation Trustees (the “Trustees”) have announced three developments: the formation of a new ISSB to develop a global baseline of sustainability disclosure standards; a commitment by leading investor-focused sustainability disclosure organisations to consolidate into the new board; and the publication of prototype climate and general disclosure requirements developed by the Trustees’ Technical Readiness Working Group. The ISSB will sit alongside and work in close cooperation with the IASB.
