Mr Cheung Ka Ho has been redesignated by the Board from Financial Controller to Chief Financial Officer of LifeBrandz Limited as of 3 June 2019.
Mr Cheung has been with LifeBrandz Ltd since June 2017, first as the Group Finance Manager, followed by taking on the role of Financial Controller since November 2018. The Audit Committee, having reviewed and considered the relevant qualifications, working experiences and capabilities, is of the view that Mr. Cheung is able to assume the role of the Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for the Group's accounting, financial and investor relations matters.
Mr Cheung has more than 10 years of experience in the finance profession, starting off in audit in 2008 with Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP Singapore and moving on to Ernst & Young LLP Singapore in 2013 as an Audit Manager. In 2017, he took on the position of Finance Manager at AVIC International Maritime Holdings Limited.
Mr Cheung is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
