- Position : Accounts Assistant (Simple Duties/ LCCI/ MNC) - NO EXP WELCOME
- Location : Robinson Road (7 minute walk to Outram MRT)
- Working hours : 5 working days, Monday-Friday, 9.00 5.300
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross $2600 (Salary Up to $2400 + Transport Allowance $120 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
- Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare Payment, Receipt & Journal Vouchers
- Ensure payment to suppliers is paid in a timely manner
- Learn our In-House Accounting System
- Data entry recording
- Assist in inventory-related entries
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting documents
- Performing day to day transactions
- Handle bank visits for submission of physical documents.
- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- LCCI, Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
